The recession

Recession refers to that state of business. When the sale of the item decreases. It has many consequences and comes due to many reasons. Recession is also a part of the business cycle. As I mentioned in my first blog. There is both a slowdown and a boom in business. There is a slowdown in present condition. Businessmen believe that this slowdown is due to GST (goods and service tax). It is also true to some extent. But it would not be right to assume the cause of the entire market. There are many other reasons for the recession. We understand these.

Loss of economy

1 Government policies: - Sudden change in the policies of the government also leads to recession. Which is being said so in the present condition. Because making VAT (value added tax) GST is also government policy.

2 Emergency: - Due to flood, famine, extreme rain, storm etc. in the country, there is a slowdown in business. This condition prevents the sale of the business, or stops the production. This leads to reduced business transactions, and a recession.

3 Competition: - Increasing competition of business also reduces business transactions. Competition gives the customer a choice. The same hurts local businesses.

4 Excess production: - Increased production of a commodity by itself or by any other production unit also reduces the price of the commodity. Due to which there is an economic crisis in the business. The condition is not the same as some markets.

5 Bad management system: - Sometimes the reason for bad performance of the business is not the right management system. In which the situation created due to increase in wastage, decrease in production etc. is also similar to recession.

6 Competitive object: - Sometimes the item also competes. It happens when one object starts replacing another. Such as replacing the sanitary pad with Tempole and Matchal-Cup.

7 Reduction in quality: - Many times you start reducing the quality of goods for more profit. As a result, customers start losing interest in your goods. It is now slowly decreasing sales. And thus conditions are created.

Business is growing at the moment. Every businessman and entreprenuer is increasing his work. The cycle of trade is sometimes good (fast) or sometimes bad (slowdown). Opportunities in fast, these people get excited about their work, do their work with enthusiasm. In the same recession, these people are filled with despair, hate their work, focus on new work and criticize their work.

It is not possible to be fast in your business all the time. It is natural to have a boom in your business, sometimes a slowdown. Opportunities New people leave their businesses in recession. But they do new business and they are not able to achieve success in it either.

Current state of business

In the current situation, the atmosphere of recession in businesses, the businesses that I am seeing at this time. They have been slowing down since demonetisation. Also, businesses running on the Internet such as Youtuber and Blogger are booming.

Many people believe the reason for GST (Good and Service Tax). But it is not so. Because there is not much change in GST. It is based on the old VAT (Value Added Tax) system. If Seles Tax was changed to VAT. There was not much problem then. So why is there so much problem when VAT is converted to GST. While it is the same.

New business

When a person starts a new job. It takes 1 to 2 years for that business to freeze. In such a situation people leave their business. They understand that they are not doing business properly. While this does not happen. Business takes time to freeze. Self-amploid also takes time to freeze.

Nokri takes the least time. While self-employed, occupation and other work take more time, and the result in job is marked. Whereas in business and self-employed it is uncertain.

Nowadays the time has come for computers. The English language is mostly used in computers. Because of this, in this changing time, learning English has become a common thing. But the question comes in this. Authorized people try to learn English. Some are successful, some are not, it is because we use the local language more. So can we learn english? The answer is yes, we can learn English. but how?

General knowledge of grammar

Knowledge of grammar is necessary to get hold of any language. Which is why we need to have tense, stakes and position knowledge to learn Indri. If you know all three. Then your English base is ready.

Do not be afraid to make mistakes.

Actually, due to fear of committing common mistakes, we do not communicate with our friends and neighbors in English. Because of which it is a major obstacle. We have to be free from this fear in order to speak English.

Use short sentences

We are still learning. In such cases, larger sentences are more prone to mistakes. These mistakes create fear in us. So we should use short sentences instead of big states. Which will be right, and will also increase our confidence. It serves as our foundation in this order.

Listen to english speakers

A young child learns from his parents. Seeing them, he also learns to speak. If you want to learn English, then you also have to learn from the speakers. Speakers can be your TV news channel, a movie, or YouTube videos.

This is a very common issue. Because nowadays the cost of English has increased so much that every work is done in English. Just as time has changed, so too have the business and ways of working in business. Today's business is no longer limited to a village street shop. Why the expansion of English language?

In many states of India, Hindi language is not used. But the English language is used. Also, Delhi has an international language. Which most countries understand.

Western countries have ruled over half of the countries. Because of which country he went, the English language was promoted. Due to which English has become an autonomous world language. Also, English is also an easy language. And it is the only language that is adopted by a computer. Due to which English has expanded more. Due to which we have to have knowledge of English to take our business forward. Otherwise we will remain as frogs of the well.

Downfall of hindi

Everyday our national language Hindi is declining. All three of us are forgetting Hindi. There are many states in India where Hindi is almost lost. Also, many Hindi words are being adopted by English, such as cups, bicycles, phones, etc. The Hindi meanings of these words have almost disappeared. And likewise many words are disappearing. Like sorry, sorry has been formed. Hello has become hello and hi. These new words are rapidly changing to Hindi. For this reason, it would not be wrong to say that almost half of English knows every Hindi speaker.

If we use pure Hindi in today's time, probably more than half of the people will not understand. Because Hindi has fallen so much. Friends, English speakers are considered intelligent these days, Hindi is considered mild. Nowadays more Hindi novels are not sold than English novels are sold. Which is a threat to Hindi in the future. Hindi is still used in many states of India. In some states, the local language is used there. English schools are growing in India after talking to him. Nowadays English schools are opening in villages. Which further threatens Hindi.

Do only one thing.

Opportunities We do two to three tasks together to get the job done quickly. Because of which it takes us more time to do both. Because our brain cannot change the direction of its work repeatedly. Therefore it remains that immediately after doing one work, another work should be done.

Be positive.

There are many types of people in the world, who hold different views. If some thoughts are good then some of those thoughts are bad. Make you work on good ideas for your company. Your good thoughts will come only when you are positive. Therefore it is necessary to remain positive.

Use technology. 

Technology has increased a lot in today's world. In such a situation, you can do your work better and in less time. Which will reduce your workload.

According to the report of India Brand Equity Foundation, 26 crore students in India are using Adaptive Learning. India is the major market for digital learning after the US. Through Adaptive Learning in India, not only youth, but people of all age groups can get education. Adaptive e-text is present in books and videos in India.
